Doug Lee, formerly VP of Technology has been named Chief Information Officer. Doug joined Silver Fern, just under a year ago, with 25 years of experience in information technology leadership and strategic growth, including working for startups and Fortune 500 companies.
Doug has added incredible value to the team. His depth of knowledge and experience in digital health and across the technology sector have been pivotal to our continued growth as a company. Doug is a seasoned-business executive and is not only incredibly technically competent, but a terrifically collaborative team member and a wonderful addition to our executive team.
In his new role as CIO, Doug will lead and be responsible for the vision and strategy of our technology and information security approach and assets.
Nevil Desai, formerly Coordinator, Healthcare Product Analyst, has been promoted to Director, Product Manager. Nevil joined Silver Fern 2 years ago as a highly recommended, eager-to-learn, talent. Nevil has excelled and outperformed every metric.
During his tenure, Nevil sought out and took on new responsibilities at every opportunity, and going forward as Product Manager, Nevil will manage all aspects of our product development and roadmap processes.
