Endocrine Today recently highlighted our poster for the ADCES conference which highlighted the results achieved by our partners at WellSpark utilizing the Silver Fern Behavior Diagnostic Platform to create a behaviorally enriched Diabetes Prevention Program. They achieved 7x the typical patient engagement level and 2x the number of patients achieving the goals for weight-loss and physical activity.
“It’s not one size fits all in diabetes education,” Deborah Greenwood, PhD, RN, CDCES, FADCES told Healio. “The benefit of this program is that it is individualized with the behavior diagnostic, so you can see the challenges, and … then the coach can tailor the lessons.”
